Listing your verified items on eBay
The Listing Builder uses a certificate you have already verified to prepare an ebay.com or ebay.de listing from the available grader or authenticator facts.
Who has it
- Collector: up to 20 published listings a month, one item at a time.
- Dealer: no monthly limit, in batches of up to 20 items.
A listing counts against the monthly allowance only when it actually goes live. Building, editing and regenerating cost nothing, and the count resets on your billing date along with your scans.
How it works
- Inventory: pick a verified item from your scans, History, Collections or Bulk Upload, and set your price.
- Generate: CheckCOA maps the provider's facts to eBay's item specifics and writes the description.
- Review: edit any field. Anything you change by hand is locked and will not be overwritten later.
- Prepare: creates an unpublished offer on eBay. No fees, and no buyer can see it.
- Publish: asks you to confirm, then makes the listing live and shows you its eBay item number.
What the AI does and does not do
- The title is not written by AI. CheckCOA builds it from verified provider facts, inside eBay's 80-character limit.
- The AI writes the description only, from those same facts. It never invents a certificate number, grade, team, edition or population.
- The AI never sets a price. Every price is yours.
- If a required eBay field cannot be proven from the record, it is marked Needs input rather than guessed.
Choose ebay.com or ebay.de in eBay Settings. The marketplace controls listing language, currency, categories and required item specifics. Website language does not change that selection or an existing draft. Each listing contains one item.
