The camera can’t read the number

If the camera is struggling to read the text:

• Improve lighting and reduce glare.
• Move closer to the text and fill the frame.
• Keep the number flat and centered.
• Use the QR code if the certificate has one.
• Paste from clipboard or type the number manually as a fallback.
