To get the best results when reading a number from the camera or a photo:

• Lighting: Use bright, even lighting. Avoid shadows and heavy glare on the certificate.
• Framing: Fill the frame with the certificate number area.
• Stability: Hold the camera steady for 1-2 seconds.
• Angle: Keep the text as flat and parallel to the camera as possible.

If recognition still struggles, use the QR code or type the number manually.
